Responsibilites:


-         This position is responsible managing 3 outside B2B Sales Executives, 3 Business Opps Professionals and 1 Sales Engineer.  These reps are generating new customers and monthly revenue in the Phoenix Market.


-         The individual is highly self-confident, has a positive outlook and has a very strong commitment to succeed in a competitive market environment with an expressed need to achieve personal financial goals.


-         The General Manager is tenured in Telecom Management/and Sales skills.  This person knows how to manage a high activity module and can manage the tenured rep.  They are also very customer focused to  include prospecting, telemarketing and cold calling appointment setting skills; a solution selling orientation; data gathering, proposal generation, and presentation and closing skills (leading their reps in these skill sets) and customer retention.


-         Professionalism, integrity, organization, administration and the ability to prioritize activities that lead to sales success are prerequisites for the position.


 


Experience:


The General Manager MUST have been a previous Branch SALES manager in the telecom industry for 2-4 years minimum with previous outside B2B sales experience prior to  that.


-         Experience in outside selling utilizing a consultative sale a MUST: wireless, voice, VOIP, data, communication. 


 


Education:


 


Bachelor Degree in business or 4 years equivalent experience.
